BDI Promotes Two Long-Time Team Members to Project Manager

BDI announces the promotion of Jeff Huggins, PE and Dallas O. Wyatt, PE to the role of Project Manager.  A BDI Project Manager is a senior professional responsible for the planning and execution of client projects and programs. Both Jeff and Dallas hold degrees in civil engineering from the University of South Alabama.

Jeff Huggins, PE is a project engineer in BDI’s Pensacola office. His diverse background in civil engineering includes design and construction administration for both public and private sector projects. He has served as project engineer on municipal projects throughout Florida and Alabama and as coordinator/liaison for numerous grant projects while in that role. Mr. Huggins has advanced experience using Interconnected Channel and Pond Routing Modeling software (ICPR4) and has served on BDI’s top-rated Stormwater Design Team. He holds several DOT certifications and is a qualified stormwater management inspector and licensed professional engineer in Florida and Alabama. Mr. Huggins is a graduate of Leadership Pensacola and was named an Inweekly Rising Star in 2014.

In BDI’s Mobile office, Dallas O. Wyatt, PE has extensive experience as a project engineer on a wide array of civil engineering projects, including planning, permitting and design for military clients, both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS), as a member of the BDI International Travel Team. In this role, Mr. Wyatt has engineered projects in eleven different countries. As a project engineer, he has provided site civil design services, permitting, drainage analysis, transportation design, construction inspection, construction management, drainage design and traffic control design. Mr. Wyatt is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and holds a professional engineering license in both Alabama and Florida.
