BDI provides a guaranteed match plus an additional discretionary match based on profitability.
Group Medical Plan
A group medical plan is provided for employees and their dependents. BDI pays 85% of the medical premium for an employee only coverage. BDI pays 70% of the medical premium for employee plus dependents.
BDI also provides a health reimbursement account that reimburses employees for a portion of the health insurance deductible.
