Fred C. Donovan, Sr., P.E., PLS


Mr. Donovan serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Baskerville-Donovan, Inc. (BDI) and is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and providing the overall management of the firm. His tenure with the firm spans over 50 years and encompasses all capacities within the company from Party Chief through President and CEO. His practice has been primarily in the fields of potable water, wastewater, drainage, and transportation engineering.

Past professional and public service accomplishments are many and include: serving as Chairman and Board of Director of Baptist Health Care and Gulf Power Company’s Board of Directors. He is also on the Georgia Tech School of Civil and Environmental Engineering Advisory Board. In addition, Mr. Donovan has served as Chairman for both the Florida Chamber of Commerce in 1988 and Pensacola Chamber of Commerce in 1981. His current community activities include, President of the Board of Directors of Autism Pensacola and member of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Board of Governors.
