Eastern Water Reclamation Facility

The City of Deltona retained Baskerville-Donovan to design, permit and provide ESDC services for the construction of their water reclamation facility. The City’s Eastern WWTP will have an initial capacity of 1.0 mgd and will be expandable to an ultimate capacity of 3.0 MGD. The Eastern WWTP will be of modular design and constructed in multi-phases of 1.0 MGD each using membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology. This facility will have unit treatment processes and an effluent disposal system that will meet the near-term 1.0 MGD requirement and regulatory requirements and also plan for future needs. This new treatment plant is designed to operate as an award winning facility that brings pride to the City of Deltona based on the City Staff and BDI Team commitment and approach to this wastewater facility.
